5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake

This rich, fudgy peanut butter chocolate cake bakes up incredibly moist with deep cocoa flavor and creamy peanut butter in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- Butter or oil, for greasing the pan
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking pan or round cake tin.
- Add the peanut butter to a mixing bowl, then whisk in the eggs and honey until smooth and well combined.
- Add the cocoa powder and milk, then mix again until a thick, silky chocolate batter forms with no lumps.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out mostly clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Tip: For an extra-decadent finish, drizzle with melted chocolate or warm peanut butter once the cake has cooled slightly.
