Slow Cooker Ham & Potato Casserole Ingredient

| Amount Potatoes, peeled and diced | 4 cups (about 4 medium) Cooked ham, diced | 2 cups Onion, finely chopped | 1 small Shredded cheddar cheese | 1½ cups + extra for topping Cream of mushroom or chicken soup | 1 can (10.5 oz) Sour cream | ½ cup Milk | ½ cup Garlic powder | ½ tsp Black pepper | ¼ tsp Paprika (optional) | ½ tsp Parsley or green onions (optional) | For garnish 🥄

Instructions

Prepare the base: Lightly grease the slow cooker. Add the potatoes, ham, and onion.

Mix the sauce: Combine the soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Stir in the shredded cheese.

Combine: Pour the sauce over the potato mixture and stir gently to coat.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.

Finish with cheese: Fifteen minutes before serving, add extra cheese on top. Cover to melt. Garnish and serve: Add parsley or green onions if desired.
