Cheesy Garlic Butter Steak Pasta

Ingredients:
8 oz pasta of your choice
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Cook Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Cook Steak: Add steak pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Make Sauce: Reduce heat to low, then stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
Combine & Serve: Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
