To prepare this recipe, you really only have to use one small pot and a grill! I love recipes that don’t make a big mess in the kitchen, especially in the summertime.

Boneless skinless chicken breasts are best for pineapple chicken kebabs, although boneless skinless chicken tenders will work as well. You want the chicken pieces to be cut into uniform chunks so they will all cook at the same rate.

Ingredients:
Chicken breasts
Pineapple
Red bell peppers
Onion

Pineapple juice
Cornstarch
Brown sugar
Soy sauce

How to make Chicken Bacon Pineapple Kabobs:
Step 1. Wrap each piece of pineapple and chicken with a piece of bacon.
Step 2. Thread pieces of red pepper, onion, bacon-wrapped chicken, and pineapple on the skewers.

Then, add onion, bacon-wrapped chicken, and pineapple.
Set aside.
Step 3. Preheat the grill.
Step 4. In a saucepan on the stove, bring the pineapple juice, cornstarch, brown sugar, and soy sauce to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Let cool.
