Baked Potatoes With Melted Cheese
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your fave melting cheese: mozzarella, gouda, gruyère, etc.)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Scrub potatoes clean, then poke a few holes in each with a fork.
