3-Ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream

This creamy banana peanut butter ice cream is naturally sweet, ultra-smooth, and packed with rich nutty flavor in every scoop.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen banana slices
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)
  • Banana slices, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, and milk to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add a little more milk if needed to help it blend.
  3. For extra flavor, blend in the vanilla extract and a tiny pinch of salt if using.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a freezer-safe container.
  5. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours until thick and scoopable.
  6. Scoop into bowls and top with extra banana slices if desired.

Tip: Use very ripe bananas before freezing for the sweetest, creamiest ice cream without needing any added sugar.
