Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Butter Steak Bitesss, & Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients:
For the Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup milk, warmed
1/4 cup butter, unsalted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
For the Butter Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
For the Cheddar Bay Biscuits:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
2. Return potatoes to the pot and mash until mostly smooth.
3. Gradually add warm milk and butter, mashing until creamy and smooth.
4. Stir in minced garlic and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Butter Steak Bites:
1. In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Toss steak cubes in the spice mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
3. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add steak cubes to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes.
Cheddar Bay Biscuits:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
3. Add buttermilk and melted butter; stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
4. Stir in cheddar cheese.
5. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each biscuit.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
