3-Ingredient Lime Condensed Milk Ice Cream

This ultra-creamy no-churn lime ice cream is bright, silky, and unbelievably easy with just three main ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with a mixer until soft peaks form.
- In a second bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk, fresh lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture in 2 to 3 additions, keeping as much air in the mixture as possible.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe loaf pan or glass dish and smooth the top.
- Cover tightly and freeze for 6 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping, then serve with extra lime zest if desired.
Tip: For the smoothest texture, chill the mixing bowl and beaters before whipping the cream, and don’t overmix when folding.
