Pink Raspberry Peach Ice Cream

This dreamy pink ice cream blends juicy peaches, tart raspberries, and creamy vanilla into a luscious frozen treat that looks as good as it tastes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peach slices
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Add the frozen peaches, raspberries, cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and powdered sugar to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and thick, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving for the creamiest texture.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and top with extra raspberries if desired.
