Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved or quartered if large
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Make sure the sprouts are evenly coated.
3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding; if necessary, use two baking sheets.
4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and slightly browned, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the Brussels sprouts.
6. Return the baking sheet to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your crispy, cheesy, and delicious Brussels sprouts!
