Ella Langley is back on top of the Billboard Hot 100 with “Choosin’ Texas.”
Taylor Swift’s “Patient Zero” spent three weeks at the summit before dropping to Number 5 this week.
Ella’s track already passed Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” in September to become the song with the most weeks at Number 1 in the chart’s history.
Over on Hot Country Songs, it has reigned for 46 weeks, getting closer to the all-time high of 50 set by “Meant to Be.”
More than a year after its release, the song Ella wrote with Miranda Lambert, Luke Dick, and Joy Beth Taylor is still running the show.
We’ll keep turning it up every time it comes on.
