Roseanne Barr’s ‘Meemaw’ could be coming to a screen near you.
Her team is shopping a trailer to interested buyers, and Allan Stephan, who co-created the show with her, says conversations are happening with a few places.
All eight episodes were filmed in Austin, Texas. Roseanne stars as the head of a prepper family who sets off to throw her granddaughter a blowout bat mitzvah.
Randy Quaid plays her husband, while Drea de Matteo, Omar Gooding, and Doug Jones round out the cast.
Roseanne funded the first season independently, with help from her son Jake.
