Banana-Strawberry Cheesecake Fantasy

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
Additional strawberries and banana slices for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool while preparing the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas until fully incorporated.
Add Strawberries:
Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the cheesecake batter. Be careful not to overmix, so the strawberries stay intact.
Assemble and Bake:
Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust, spreading it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 50–60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
Cool and Chill:
Turn off the oven and crack the door open. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour to prevent cracking. Afterward, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Prepare Whipped Cream Topping:
In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the chilled cheesecake.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh strawberries and banana slices just before serving. Slice and enjoy this dreamy dessert!
