Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

This thick, vibrant purple frozen yogurt blends into a creamy, scoopable dessert that feels like instant soft-serve.
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Add the frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vanilla, maple syrup, chia seeds, and salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture becomes smooth, thick, and evenly purple.
- If the mixture is too thick to blend, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or more yogurt just until it moves.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for 1 to 2 hours for a firmer, scoopable finish.
- Scoop into bowls and enjoy plain or with extra berries on top.
Tip: For the thickest, most satisfying scoops, use fully frozen blueberries and chill the serving bowls before serving.
