CHEESY PUFFS of JOY

Ingredients:
2 cups leftover mashed potatoes 

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

1 egg 

1/4 cup flour (or breadcrumbs)
1/2 tsp garlic powder 

1/4 tsp black pepper 

Optional: chopped green onions or bacon bits for extra flavor 




Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Scoop small spoonfuls and roll into balls or shape into puffs.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy! 

Let cool slightly and serve with sour cream or dipping sauce of your choice!
