Creamy Coffee Banana Smoothie

This creamy coffee banana smoothie is thick, frosty, naturally sweet, and tastes like a café-style mocha milkshake you can make in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana, frozen
- 3/4 cup chilled brewed coffee or cold brew
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup, to taste
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, coffee, milk, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, nut butter, honey, vanilla, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness with a little more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream for that café-style finish.
- Serve immediately while cold and thick.
Tip: For an even richer smoothie, freeze leftover coffee into ice cubes and use them instead of regular ice so the drink stays bold and creamy without getting watered down.
