Crispy Bacon Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup diced onions
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup pickles, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
10 egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
Cook Beef & Bacon: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in crumbled bacon and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture with cheddar cheese, diced onions, tomatoes, and pickles. Mix well.
Assemble Egg Rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
Heat Oil: In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
Fry Egg Rolls: Carefully add egg rolls to the hot oil, cooking in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Serve & Enjoy: Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup or ranch dressing. Perfect for game day or a fun appetizer!
