Crockpot Angel Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine (or additional chicken broth)
1 packet (0.7 oz) Italian dressing mix
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lb angel hair pasta, cooked
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Make the Sauce:
Blend cream cheese, soup, broth, wine (or extra broth), Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl until creamy.
Layer the Chicken:
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Pour the prepared sauce on top to cover them well.
Cook It Low & Slow:
Cover and cook on low 4–5 hours or high 2–3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
To Serve:
Serve whole or shredded chicken over pasta. Spoon over extra sauce and top with fresh parsley if using.
Optional Step:
If a thicker sauce is desired, remove the chicken and cook sauce uncovered for 15–20 minutes on high.
