Deep-Fried Bacon-Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks with Sriracha Dip

Ingredients:
– 12 mozzarella sticks
– 12 slices of bacon
– 1 cup flour
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– Vegetable oil for frying
– Sriracha sauce for dipping
Instructions:
1. Preheat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
2. Cut the mozzarella sticks in half to make 24 shorter sticks.
3. Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, making sure it is completely covered.
4. In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
5. Roll each bacon-wrapped mozzarella stick in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs.
6. Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes to set.
7. Carefully lower the mozzarella sticks into the hot oil, frying in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove the fried mozzarella sticks with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
9. Serve the Deep-Fried Bacon-Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks with Sriracha sauce for dipping. Enjoy!”
