Low-Carb Gluten-Free Cheesy Garlic Bread

Golden, cheesy, and packed with garlicky flavor, this low-carb bread is irresistibly crispy on the edges and melty in the middle.
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray or small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and half of the Parmesan until evenly combined without deflating the egg whites too much.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared tray and shape it into a loaf or oval bread shape about 1 inch thick. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown around the edges and set in the center.
- For extra browning, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end, watching closely so it doesn’t burn.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley. Slice and serve warm while the cheese is still melty.
Tip: For the best texture, use low-moisture shredded mozzarella and serve immediately for maximum cheese pull.
