One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients:
1 pound beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 pound pasta penne, rotini, or your favorite shape
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Season the beef cubes generously with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown the beef cubes in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot. Set the browned beef aside.
3. Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes if using. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
5. Return the browned beef to the pot. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for at least 1 hour, or until the beef is very tender. The longer it simmers, the more tender the beef will become.
6. While the beef is simmering, cook the pasta according to package directions.
7. Once the beef is tender, stir in the cooked pasta.
8. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
