Slow Cooker Ham and Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 3-4 pound bone-in ham steak, about 1 inch thick
2 pounds small red potatoes, halved or quartered if large
1 large onion, cut into wedges
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Place the ham steak in the bottom of a slow cooker.
2. Arrange the potatoes and onion wedges around the ham.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the mixture over the ham and potatoes in the slow cooker.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the ham is heated through and the potatoes are tender.
6. Remove the ham from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
7. Serve the ham and potatoes with the cooking liquid spooned over the top. Enjoy!
