Spicy Crab Rangoon Dip with Wonton Chips

Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cooked crab meat, flaked imitation crab meat can be substituted
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sriracha or more, to taste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Wonton wrappers, for chips store-bought
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, crab meat, green onions, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
4. Cut the wonton wrappers into quarters or smaller pieces, depending on desired chip size.
5. Arrange the wonton pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the wonton chips are golden brown and crispy. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
7. Remove the wonton chips from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
8. Transfer the crab rangoon dip into a serving bowl. Serve immediately with the crispy wonton chips for dipping. Enjoy!
