Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil (8pts)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter (10pts)
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts cut in half (0pts)
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic (0pts)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (0pts)
  • Grated parmesan cheese for garnish (3pts)

How to make Brussels Sprouts in Garlic Butter:

  1. Step 1. Place the olive oil, butter, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Saute for 1 minute.
  2. Step 2. Layer the brussels sprouts cut side down into the skillet.
  3. Step 3. Cover and cook untouched for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  4. Step 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste as well as Parmesan cheese.
