Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

This strawberry banana ice cream is silky, fruity, and ultra-creamy, with sweet berries and ripe banana in every refreshing scoop.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Extra sliced strawberries and bananas, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries, frozen banana slices, lemon juice, and optional sugar to a blender or food processor, then blend until mostly smooth.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream, condensed milk, whole milk, and vanilla extract, and blend again until the mixture is completely creamy and evenly pink.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  4. Cover and freeze for 4 to 6 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
  5. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before serving for the best texture.
  6. Scoop into bowls and top with extra sliced strawberries, banana rounds, and a drizzle of condensed milk if desired.

Tip: For the creamiest texture, chill the blended mixture for 30 minutes before freezing and stir it ერთხელ or twice during the first 2 hours.
