Refreshing Watermelon Ice Cream

This creamy watermelon ice cream is fruity, lightly tangy, and incredibly refreshing for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen watermelon chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Add the frozen watermelon chunks, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and salt to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste the mixture and add a little more honey if you want it sweeter.
- Transfer the blended mixture to a freezer-safe container and spread it evenly.
- Freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until firm and scoopable.
- Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes if needed, then scoop and serve immediately.
Tip: For the best texture, use very ripe banana and fully frozen watermelon so the ice cream turns thick and creamy without needing extra liquid.
