Air Fryer Salmon Dinner with Asparagus and Potatoes

This easy air fryer salmon dinner is packed with juicy, flaky salmon, tender-crisp asparagus, and golden roasted potatoes all in one delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (about 6-8 oz)
- 1 small potato, cut into small cubes
- 1 handful asparagus, trimmed
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 lemon slices
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and line the basket or tray with parchment paper.
- Cut the potato into small cubes and poke a small hole into each piece with a fork or knife tip to help them cook faster.
- Place the salmon fillet, potatoes, and asparagus on the parchment. Drizzle everything with olive oil.
- Season the salmon and vegetables with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Place the lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, checking halfway through. Shake or stir the potatoes and asparagus if needed for even cooking.
- Cook until the salmon is flaky, the potatoes are golden and tender, and the asparagus is lightly crisped on the edges.
- Serve immediately with the roasted lemon on top and any juices from the tray spooned over everything.
Tip: If your potatoes are still firm, air fry them alone for 5 minutes before adding the salmon and asparagus so everything finishes perfectly at the same time.
