Chocolate Peanut Butter Stuffed Triangles

These crisp chocolate-coated triangles are filled with a creamy, gooey peanut butter center for the ultimate no-bake treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate, divided
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies or wafers
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips or crunchy chocolate bits

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 1/2 cups of the chocolate gently in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Brush or spoon the melted chocolate into triangle silicone molds, coating the sides well. Chill for 10 minutes, then add a second thin layer and chill again until firm.
  3. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla, crushed chocolate cookies, and cocoa powder until thick and creamy.
  4. Fill each chocolate shell with the peanut butter mixture, leaving a little space at the top so the treats can be sealed.
  5. Melt the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate and spread it over the filled molds to close them. Smooth the tops and chill until completely set, about 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. Carefully unmold the triangles and drizzle with any extra melted chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chocolate bits for a crunchy finish.
  8. Serve chilled or let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes for an extra gooey center.

Tip: For the best stretchy, ultra-creamy filling, use smooth peanut butter and don’t over-chill before serving.
