Apple Cinnamon Protein Ice Cream

This apple cinnamon protein ice cream is thick, creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with cozy fall flavor in every spoonful.
Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30 g)
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Add the diced apples, almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and chia seeds to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy like soft-serve ice cream.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or cinnamon if desired, then blend briefly once more.
- For a firmer ice cream texture, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 30-45 minutes.
- Scoop into bowls or glasses and serve immediately, with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon on top if you like.
Tip: For the thickest texture, use frozen apple chunks instead of fresh and chill the blender jar beforehand.
