Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream

This creamy peanut butter banana nice cream blends frozen bananas, peanut butter, and a splash of milk into a naturally sweet, soft-serve-style treat in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice, plus more as needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped roasted peanuts (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon mini dark chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas and freeze them in a single layer until completely solid, about 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Add the frozen banana slices to a high-speed blender or food processor with the peanut butter, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. Blend, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture turns thick, smooth, and creamy like soft serve. Add an extra splash of milk only if needed to help it blend.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 30 to 60 minutes for a firmer scoopable consistency.
  5. Top with chopped peanuts or dark chocolate chips if desired, and enjoy right away.

Tip: For the creamiest texture, use very ripe bananas with lots of brown spots before freezing—they’ll taste sweeter and blend more smoothly without any added sugar.
