3-Ingredient Apple Chocolate Cake

This fudgy apple chocolate cake is unbelievably rich, moist, and naturally sweet with just three simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Butter or oil, for greasing the pan
- Extra cocoa powder, for dusting (optional)
- Melted dark chocolate, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 170°C (340°F) and lightly grease or line a small baking mold or cake pan.
- Add the chopped apple, eggs, and cocoa powder to a blender and blend until completely smooth and glossy.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and tap it gently on the counter to release any air bubbles.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a rack or plate to cool slightly.
- For the viral-style finish, drizzle with melted dark chocolate and dust with extra cocoa powder before slicing and serving.
Tip: Use a naturally sweet apple like Fuji or Gala for the best flavor and a softer, moister cake.
