Cherry Banana Ice Cream

This cherry banana ice cream is creamy, fruity, naturally sweet, and packed with bright cherry flavor in every scoop.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen banana slices
- 1 cup frozen cherries, pitted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana slices, frozen cherries, milk, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and lemon juice if using to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until thick, smooth, and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste and add a little more honey if you want it sweeter, then blend again briefly.
- For soft-serve texture, serve immediately.
- For scoopable ice cream, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, until lightly firm but still easy to scoop.
- Scoop into bowls and serve cold, with extra cherries on top if desired.
Tip: If the mixture is too thick to blend, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time so it stays creamy without becoming icy.
