Creamy Peach Ice Cream

This creamy peach ice cream is smooth, fruity, and bursting with sweet juicy peach flavor in every refreshing scoop.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 2 tbsp peach jam or preserves
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Waffle cones, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the diced peaches with lemon juice and sugar, then let them sit for 10 minutes until juicy.
  2. Blend about three-quarters of the peaches until mostly smooth, leaving a little texture. Stir in the remaining diced peaches and the peach jam.
  3. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon if using.
  4. Whip the cold heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold it into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
  5. Fold in the peach mixture just enough to create peachy swirls throughout the base.
  6. Pour into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for 6-8 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
  7. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping, then serve in waffle cones or bowls.

Tip: For the creamiest texture, chill your mixing bowl and beaters before whipping the cream, and use very ripe peaches for the best flavor.
