Creamy Peach Ice Cream

This creamy peach ice cream is smooth, fruity, and bursting with sweet juicy peach flavor in every refreshing scoop.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 2 tbsp peach jam or preserves
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- Waffle cones, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the diced peaches with lemon juice and sugar, then let them sit for 10 minutes until juicy.
- Blend about three-quarters of the peaches until mostly smooth, leaving a little texture. Stir in the remaining diced peaches and the peach jam.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon if using.
- Whip the cold heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold it into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
- Fold in the peach mixture just enough to create peachy swirls throughout the base.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for 6-8 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping, then serve in waffle cones or bowls.
Tip: For the creamiest texture, chill your mixing bowl and beaters before whipping the cream, and use very ripe peaches for the best flavor.
