Crockpot Steak Bites

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 large onion, chopped
1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes, chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the beef thoroughly.
2. Transfer the beef mixture to your slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.
4. Serve hot. You can enjoy these steak bites as is, or you can serve them over rice, mashed potatoes, or your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
