Passion Fruit Ice Cream

Creamy, tropical, and irresistibly refreshing, this passion fruit ice cream is bursting with sunny flavor in every scoop.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen passion fruit pulp cubes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons passion fruit seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the frozen passion fruit pulp, heavy cream, condensed milk, whole milk, Greek yogurt, sugar, lime juice, vanilla, and salt to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and thick, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Cover and freeze for 4 to 6 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving for the creamiest texture.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and top with passion fruit seeds if desired.
Tip: For an extra silky texture, chill the blended mixture for 30 minutes before freezing and stir it once halfway through freezing.
