Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers, plus more for topping
  • Fresh peach slices, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen peaches, cream cheese, honey, milk, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, thick, and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. Stir in the crushed graham crackers or pulse once or twice for a cheesecake-style swirl.
  4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  5. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, until lightly set and scoopable.
  6. Scoop into bowls and top with extra graham cracker crumbs and fresh peach slices if desired.
