Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

This strawberry banana ice cream is silky, fruity, and ultra-creamy, with sweet berries and ripe banana in every refreshing scoop.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream, cold
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Extra sliced strawberries and bananas, for serving
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, frozen banana slices, lemon juice, and optional sugar to a blender or food processor, then blend until mostly smooth.
- Pour in the heavy cream, condensed milk, whole milk, and vanilla extract, and blend again until the mixture is completely creamy and evenly pink.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Cover and freeze for 4 to 6 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before serving for the best texture.
- Scoop into bowls and top with extra sliced strawberries, banana rounds, and a drizzle of condensed milk if desired.
Tip: For the creamiest texture, chill the blended mixture for 30 minutes before freezing and stir it ერთხელ or twice during the first 2 hours.
