2-Ingredient Mango Banana Ice Cream

This creamy mango banana ice cream is naturally sweet, silky smooth, and turns just frozen fruit into a scoopable tropical treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas and freeze them until completely firm, about 2 to 3 hours, if not already frozen.
  2. Add the frozen banana slices and frozen mango chunks to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  3. Blend, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the fruit breaks down and becomes thick, smooth, and creamy.
  4. If the mixture is too firm to blend, let the fruit sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 minutes, then blend again until silky.
  5. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 30 to 60 minutes for a firmer, scoopable ice cream.
  6. Scoop into bowls and enjoy right away.

Tip: Use very ripe bananas for the sweetest flavor and creamiest texture.
