Healthy Reese’s Yogurt Cups

Creamy Greek yogurt layered with peanut butter and topped with rich chocolate makes these chilled cups taste like a lighter Reese’s-inspired treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (240 g)
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter (16 g), plus 1 extra tbsp for topping
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (30 g)
- 1 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 4 paper muffin liners or silicone cupcake cups
Instructions
- Line 4 muffin cups with paper liners or set out 4 silicone cupcake cups on a tray or plate.
- In a small bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon peanut butter until smooth and creamy. If you want it a little sweeter, mix in the honey or maple syrup.
- Divide the yogurt mixture evenly among the cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Warm the extra tablespoon of peanut butter for a few seconds until spreadable, then spoon a little over each cup and gently swirl it across the top.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Spoon the melted chocolate evenly over the tops, then finish with chopped peanuts and mini chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until the tops are set and the cups are cold and firm. Serve chilled.
Tip: For the best texture, use thick full-fat or 2% Greek yogurt so the cups stay extra creamy and hold their shape well.
