Healthy Apple Ice Cream

This creamy, cinnamon-kissed apple ice cream is a light and refreshing frozen treat made with just a handful of wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen apple chunks
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons milk, if needed for blending
Instructions
- Add the frozen apple chunks, Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until thick, smooth, and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- If the mixture is too thick to blend, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until it comes together.
- For a soft-serve texture, serve immediately straight from the blender.
- For scoopable ice cream, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
- Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping, then serve and enjoy.
Tip: Use sweet apples like Fuji or Honeycrisp for the best natural sweetness, and add a little extra cinnamon on top before serving for even more flavor.
