2-Ingredient Mango Banana Ice Cream

This creamy mango banana ice cream is naturally sweet, silky smooth, and turns just frozen fruit into a scoopable tropical treat.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
Instructions
- Slice the bananas and freeze them until completely firm, about 2 to 3 hours, if not already frozen.
- Add the frozen banana slices and frozen mango chunks to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Blend, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the fruit breaks down and becomes thick, smooth, and creamy.
- If the mixture is too firm to blend, let the fruit sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 minutes, then blend again until silky.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 30 to 60 minutes for a firmer, scoopable ice cream.
- Scoop into bowls and enjoy right away.
Tip: Use very ripe bananas for the sweetest flavor and creamiest texture.
